Since 1962 MHBWHB Law Associates has been representing multi-national companies, local businesses, government, and individuals in lower and superior courts as well as providing legal advice on several types of matters.

The firm was founded by Muhammad Hanif Bhatti in 1962 and from its humble beginning, Mr. Bhatti established it as a prominent legal organization across Pakistan, especially in Punjab, KPK, and AJK. The key clients included major banks, government institutions, and the military. The firm was further grown in the private sector by his son Waqar Hanif Bhatti after he took it over in the 1990s. He expanded the firm into new industries and areas of practice including technology, mergers & acquisition, hoteling, and international corporate advisory.

Since inception, our goal has been to provide the highest quality legal representation and services to our clients across Pakistan. We are a full-service law firm and provide a broad spectrum of legal services as well as business advice.
